

Podcast host and UFC color commentator Joe Rogan’s podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience hosts discussions on a variety of topics. Be it sports, health, fitness, space, or current affairs, Joe Rogan discusses it all. Recently, on an episode of his podcast, Rogan shared a story of how Russian President Vladimir Putin once walked away with an NFL Superbowl ring.

Speaking of the incident, Rogan said, “Robert, lets him hold the ring and Putin just takes it, puts it on, and walks away. And he starts moving towards like, Hey that’s my fu***ing Superbowl ring. And the Russians put their hand on his chest.”

Reading out of an article, he further said, “Kraft explained the incident to those in attendance at Carnegie Hall’s medal of excellence gala saying, I took out the ring and showed it to Putin and he put it on, and he goes, I can kill someone with this ring. Put my hand out and he put it in his pocket and three KGB guys got around him and walked out.”

When Rogan finished narrating the story, he pointed out something in it with which he did not agree. Pointing it out, he expressed his view on the matter.
Rogan says killing someone with a ring is super impractical
Anyone who knows Joe Rogan knows how proficient Rogan is in Martial Arts. Along with being a Taekwondo champion, Rogan also trains in Martial Arts such as Muay Thai and BJJ and also holds a black belt in the latter.

In the same episode, Rogan said that killing someone with a ring is super impractical. He said he would rather punch someone without a ring. Rogan further said that since rings are not brass knuckles, they kind of get in the way.
He also added that he finds brass knuckles awesome. Well, it is hard to argue with someone like Joe Rogan, who is proficient in the combative arts. Over the years, Rogan has amassed a wealth of knowledge in Martial Arts. Rogan has even helped former UFC Welterweight and Middleweight champion Georges St-Pierre in executing the turning sidekick.
