During a recent episode of the multi-million-dollar JRE podcast, Joe Rogan had fellow comedian Deric Poston as a guest. The comedian seems to have enjoyed Tony Hincliffe’s performance at the recent Netflix roast. Poston laughed so hard that he went on to declare that  Hinchcliffe was the best when it comes to roasting.

“When it comes to that roasting sh*t, man, I think he’s the G.O.A.T. I think he’s the greatest,” said Deric Poston. Without skipping a beat, Joe Rogan agreed with Poston’s assessment and also added that Hinchliffe often shoots his shot at people without caution. “Tony’s the best… There were some forces that were trying to limit him from his ability to shine… He’s reckless,” the 56-year-old added.

Joe Rogan has always been a fan of Tony Hinchcliffe’s comic intelligence. He even hailed his show ‘Kill Tony’ as the “cornerstone of comedy” in a previous JRE episode and gave him a shout-out for helping people build their careers in the sphere of comedy. Performers like Hans Kim, David Lucas, and William Montgomery all got their big breaks through Hinchcliffe’s show and are now headlining their own shows.

Coming back to the JRE host, Joe Rogan would also mention that the approach of Tony Hinchcliffe makes it easy for him to be the focal point of negative reactions from people, even though his jokes are funny. However, backlashes aren’t something that scares the 39-year-old. “There’s a kind of like reckless comedy, like, you know you’re gonna take the heat but you don’t give a f*** [and] you’re going in. That’s reckless. That’s Tony,” Rogan added. Now, let us take a look at what went down when Hinchcliffe took the microphone at Tom Brady’s roast.

Tony Hinchcliffe was in the mood when he got hold of the microphone. He did not stop to breathe before sufficiently roasting all the performers who were on the stage and even those who had seats in the crowd. Hinchcliffe targeted Tom Brady, who was on the hot seat. Then he turned his attention to socialite Kim Kardashian, and even joked about his good friend Bert Kreischer and almost blew the roof off the arena.
