Joe Rogan and his antics at The Joe Rogan Experience go way back. The UFC commentator’s shot to success went viral after bagging a whopping $200m deal from Spotify. Ever since the advent of JRE podcasts, fans have been bewildered by insightful personal stories and Rogan’s peculiar over-the-top remarks. However, not all is rosy in Rogan’s world of in-depth discussions and insightful personal stories.

Back in another similar discussion, Rogan had pointed out how lead-paint and lead-mixed gasoline wreaked havoc in the 1940s. In a more recent conversation with comedian Theo Von, Rogan shed light on his experiences with TV celebrities – and his revelations may shock many fans. Despite their on-screen personas, Rogan argues that these so-called professionals often fall short of their public image. Behind the scenes, they can be downright unpleasant. Quite contrary to what these professionals show on-screen, Rogan implied that they’re simply “faking it.”

Talking to Theo, Rogan seemed rather upset with the nature of some celebrities. Voicing his frustrations in meeting such entities, Rogan exclaimed,

“There’s sometimes you meet people and you hope they’re going to be nice – because they’re nice on TV, you know – but they’re not!”

He further described encountering ‘actors’ who exhibit a strange mix of creepiness and rudeness. These TV personalities, according to Rogan, are nothing more than performers putting on a facade for the camera.

The disappointment in Rogan’s tone is palpable as he recounts his encounters. “Oh wow, you’re a kind of a c*nt – you’re fake – you’re faking it for television but in real life, you feel like this weird snipey, sort of sh*tty f**king insulting person,” he expressed. It’s a disheartening realization for Rogan, who had expected kindness and authenticity from these individuals based on their on-screen personas.

Venting his vexation, Rogan bemoaned the disparity between the TV personalities he had met and their public image.

“I thought you were nice. I saw you on TV, and you were nice. Just trying to say Hi and you’re a f**king c*nt to me!” he exclaimed, clearly taken aback by their behavior.
