“Your Man Is Backed Into a Corner” – Man Who Promised to Beat Down Conor McGregor, Has a Word for Dee Devlin’s Unconditional Support

Conor McGregor‘s recent downfall is one that has to be studied. Ever since the civil lawsuit verdict came out against him, McGregor has been losing his supporters and his businesses, all the while his many rivals are getting in all the jibes they can. Joining the anti-McGregor bandwagon alongside Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makhachev is British YouTuber True Geordie. Now, Geordie was once a fan of the Irishman but the two have fallen out with several social media barbs exchanged over the years. This time, however, Geordie had a word for McGregor’s partner Dee Devlin.

On his YouTuber channel, Brian Davis who is known as True Geordie spoke about the troubled waters that McGregor is in right now. Geordie spoke about the civil lawsuit filed by Nikita Hand where she accused McGregor of being liable for causing her harm. Hand was awarded €248,603.60 ($259,149.36) in damages by the Dublin Civil Court after she won the case.

While speaking about the case he also pointed out how McGregor’s fiancé, Dee Devlin stood up for him. True Geordie stated, “She has been incredibly supportive. But this stance she has taken is certainly going to divide some people. She posted some stories on Instagram…” He then read out an Instagram post shared by the model and entrepreneur where she showed full support for McGregor.

The YouTuber who has a past feud with the Irishman, further stated, “You know when your man is backed into a corner and you come out like that, and I know a lot of people will disagree with her supporting him because they think he is guilty, she believes him. The woman is clearly drawing a line in the sand: ‘I am here for life motherf***er. I ain’t going nowhere.’ Part of me admires it I can’t lie. I don’t agree with a lot of what Conor McGregor has done. Not just this instance but at many instances… this woman is ride or die. Fair f***s man. She’s there for life, isn’t she?”

True Geordie had once vowed to beat down McGregor and had sent a fight offer to the UFC star. He said in a previous video,  “If you want to do a charity fight, anything, MMA, boxing, I don’t give a s*** because I’m a giant compared to you.“ He had also reprimanded ‘The Notorious’ for his behavior in interviews claiming that the Irishamn’s conduct was due to alleged dr** use.

McGregor had fired back to this, in a now-deleted X post saying, “Mr. Estrogen, what’s happening?…”Who the f**k are you? You little burns victim-looking thing. F**k me, man, who scolded you with a kettle? You fat f**k! You little feminine p**sy of a thing.“ However, this is just the tip of the iceberg so let’s get into their past warfare to see how deep their rivalry is.

The backstory of a vendetta between True Geordie and McGregor

The Irishman and the Brit have been going back and forth for a while now and the former even fat-shamed the YouTuber in the past. In a response to the UFC star, True Geordie mentioned that he was 300 pounds and much bigger than McGregor and therefore could easily defeat the former dual-weight champ in a fight.

Geordie had said, “He’s in no way ready to fight anyone. Not even me… Mate, I’m 300 f**king pounds and built like a rugby player… I would pick McGregor up like a shopping bag…”  He also challenged McGregor for a charity MMA or boxing fight and vowed to defeat him. However, McGregor had shared a video of him fighting with 7-foot-tall Hafthor Bjornsson, aka ‘The Mountain’ as a warning to the YouTuber.
