"Ian Garry's explosive claims—Is Michael 'Venom' Page the dirtiest fighter in UFC history?"

26-year-old Ian Garry is currently the #7 ranked welterweight in the division. The Irish superstar is unbeaten in his career and will take on Michael ‘Venom’ Page next at UFC 303. Both fighters have very different fighting styles, which makes the battle very interesting. However, the recently concluded UFC 303 pre-fight press conference has already fired up the clash.

During the conference, Garry seemed to be quite upset with the 37-year-old. He even accused him and his teammates of trying to leak information from his camp. But what exactly happened between the two? Let us find out what the 26-year-old had to say about the whole.

UFC 303 is just a few hours away and the pre-fight press conference already lived up to its expectations. Most of the fighters tried to get into the head of their opponent, and Ian Garry was no different. ‘The Future’ is known for his ability to indulge in a lot of mind games before most of his fights. However, this time around, he has taken his trash-talking a bit further. While speaking at the pre-fight press conference, he claimed that he had already rattled his opponent’s confidence and said, “You know exactly what I’m on about your self-confidence is f***ed”.

However, he then shifted his focus towards ‘MVP’s teammates and accused them of trying to leak out information. The 26-year-old said, “Did you and your team offer thousands of dollars to get information in Chute Box from my boys? Did you send someone a message? And up thousands for information and yet couldn’t infiltrate the camp. You couldn’t get into but the Chute Box family is too tight.”

Garry then went on to accuse his Jiu-Jitsu coach of offering money to his camp. He said, “Your little f***ing rat jiu-jitsu coach offered money to one of my Brazilian friends and you got nothing. Saturday night you are f ..d.” Page seemed quite unbothered about the claims and is rather focused on beating the Irish star.

Garry is currently on a fantastic winning streak and is eyeing the title. However, facing ‘Venom’ never excited him, and is not bothered about the hype surrounding him. The 26-year-old even questioned his quality in the recently concluded UFC 303 pre-fight press conference.

Michael ‘Venom ‘ Page is one of the most entertaining fighters in the MMA circuit at the moment. From flying knees to quick feet, the 37-year-old has everything. Many experts even feel that the 26-year-old might just have problems facing him at UFC 303. However, it seems that the unbeaten Irish isn’t quite bothered about the hype.

According to him, Page is yet to win any major title in his career, and at 37, he most probably won’t be able to do it. During the UFC 303 pre-fight press conference, Garry shared his honest opinion about his opponent.

He said, “He never won a world title at Bellator and he’s had two opportunities to do it and now he’s coming to the UFC, which is the greatest organization in fighting and he thinks he’s going to come into this division and do what? Win a world title? He couldn’t do it in Bellator and he thinks he’s gonna do it here?”

Page is fairly new in the UFC and, to date, has featured in only one fight in the promotion. While he did impress one and all with his debut performance, facing Garry will be a completely different ball game. ‘The Future’, on the other hand, will look to back all his talks with action when he takes on Page at UFC 303.
