The fight will witness the return of the double champion, and that’s none other than Henry Cejudo. ‘Triple C’ is all set to square off against Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288 on May 6th. The MMA fans of New Jersey can get ready as the fight takes place at the Prudential Center in Newark. Ahead of the match, the new opponents of the UFC world met each other at the UFC Performance Institute. The meeting was proof that both ‘The Messenger’ and ‘The Funk Master’ are ready for some trash-talking at any moment!

‘The Funk Master’ recently took to his Instagram handle to post a video of him meeting Cejudo at the UFC Performance Institute. The two soon got engaged in some trash-talking regarding their upcoming fight. They were having a funny trash-talk session while ‘Triple C’ was carrying his child. He said “You got like 9 weeks left. I don’t know who is looking good, my man. I don’t know who is looking good.

As a reply to the Jamaican fighter’s taunt, Cejudo said, “You will see in two weeks, I will be in shape. The clock is ticking.

The two went on with their hilarious taunts back and forth for a while. At the end of the video, Sterling was heard saying, “I can’t wait for this.‘Triple C’ had come not only with his baby but also with his wife.

When the 33-year-old posted the video as a caption, he wrote, “I can’t wait to remind you why you retired in the first place, little homie.” After watching the video, under the comment section, the fans expressed their excitement about the upcoming fight.

Both Cejudo and Sterling are outstanding fighters in the biggest MMA promotion in the world. Cejudo‘s record of 16 victories and 2 losses and Sterling‘s record of 22 victories and 3 losses make it difficult for the audience to predict the winner. Before retiring, Cejudo was on a six-bout winning streak. Currently, Sterling is on an eight-bout winning streak. The fighting careers of the two fighters are enough to excite the audience for the visual treat.
