Dana White is one of the biggest names in the combat sports world right now. The UFC President has worked very hard to make the promotion what it is today.

He bought the company in 2001 along with the Fertitta brothers for $2 million and sold it in 2016 for $4.02 billion. He continues to serve as the President and with each passing year, has only made the promotion bigger.

However, his life wasn’t as always as great as this. White spent his early years in Boston. He even had a run-in with Whitey Bulger and his crew, who demanded money from him.

In an interview with Teddy Atlas, he said, “These guys rolled up on me one day at the gym and basically told me I owed them money. It was 1500 bucks, 2500 bucks, whatever the number was at the time. But he might as well ask me for $25,000. I didn’t have it, and they said, get it from your f**king girlfriend. They knew I had a girlfriend. So, yeah, she doesn’t have it either, so I just blew it off and live my life, was doing my thing.”

“Long story short, one day I got a phone call at my house and basically, like, you owe us some money by tomorrow one o’clock. I said, or what? You are going to find out. I hung up, picked up a bag, and got a one-way flight to Vegas.”

“You knew you couldn’t call the police. It was the unwritten law, you couldn’t call the police. And then you end up fighting out that later that Whitey was in the FBI and knew anybody that would call the police on him.”

There seems to be no end to the Dana White Jake Paul feud

Dana White and Jake Paul have been engaged in a feud for a very long time. Both men leave no opportunity to take shots are each other. This all started after Paul started questioning White about the issue of fighter pay. The UFC President has repeatedly shut down ‘The Problem Child’ but the issue escalated recently.

After Paul defeated Woodley, he called out UFC fighters Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz. Masvidal ended up rejecting his advances, but then Paul laid out a challenge for White. He even said that he’ll retire from boxing and sign a one-fight UFC contract to fight Masvidal. White responded quickly to the challenge by going after Paul and his manager. He even said that Paul can’t sell pay-per-views on his own and needs UFC superstars for that.

Paul ended up responding to his message and calling White the definition of an unhappy billionaire and a capitalistic mo**erf**ker. Both men definitely don’t like each other, and there seems to be no end to the feud.
