Conor McGregor’s social media is a place where there is no shortage of content to talk about. MMA media and fans never shy away to weigh in their thoughts on his at times weird posts.

McGregor has gained a reputation for posting and deleting random videos, which he keeps on uploading. Only this time McGregor chose to defend himself.

McGregor, in one of his recent videos, was performing what he called, “Spinal Waves”. McGregor wrote a long caption explaining the benefits of the exercise. He also didn’t forget to mention his training program, the ‘McGregor Fast’ in it.

The caption read, “These are called spinal waves. The ancient Chinese proverb “you are as old as your spine!” rings so true, and this is an incredible way to keep your spine, and yourself, forever young! I move mine daily like this. Morning, evening, night. Shake the cobwebs.”

“Eternal youth! EXCELLENT for mobility, pain management, dancing, fighting and making love. These are *Seated spinal waves also. More difficult than standing as you cannot use the hips for extra sway. It must be all spine movement. Think of spelling your name with your spine. Or that you are a flag on a yacht in the wind. Bellowing like a beautiful billionaire! God bless! This is @mcgregorfast!”

A few of the comments also touched on his recently deleted video on Instagram where he was presumably seen in an intimate situation.

Former UFC Champion, Henry Cejudo also commented on the whole situation. He criticized McGregor for posting lewd content, furthermore, he mocked the Irishman for doing that exercise. Cejudo suggested McGregor adopt his title of the “king of cringe”

McGregor Hints Full Recovery

McGregor has been seriously uploading about his recovery and training practice; moreover, The Notorious has hinted that he’s almost healed from his injury and is eyeing a return to the octagon in 2023

Audie Attar, McGregor’s manager has also stated in an interview that the Mystic Mac would return by next year, however, the weight division is not yet decided.
