The five-time ADCC world champion announced on Instagram that he might be open to becoming a Jiu-Jitsu coach on The Ultimate Fighter. Considered to be one of the best Jiu-Jitsu athletes in the world, Ryan certainly would be a great addition to Team McGregor or Team Chandler. Moreover, the 27-year-old has a first-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu under coaches John Danaher and Gary Tonon.
He wrote on Instagram, “Wonder if someone needs a jiu jitsu coach🤔”. The fans have given their opinion on the offer that Ryan has put on the table.

One fan commented, “Yes! Conor needs all new coaches.” While one fan said, “Please be chandlers jiu jitsu Coach so we can see you and Dillon in the same room”.
One Instagram user added that McGregor already has Dillon Danis. They said, “They have Dillon Danis”. However, a fan had an opposing opinion. They said, “I pray Connor doesn’t bring Dillon Danis”.
Another fan said, “yo teach connor jiu jitsu please.” Similarly, another fan voiced a similar opinion, “Conor’s jiu jitsu coach needs a jiujitsu coach”.
One fan gave a stern opinion on the situation. They said, “McGregor doesn’t have it in him to learn and chandler will refuse to grapple even if it means losing”.
However, a social media user said that Conor McGregor might benefit from Gordon Ryan as a coach. They commented, “Tbh, if Conor had new/additional coaching, he could be champ again”.
One Gordon Ryan fan said, “you would be the best part in the whole season… you will steal the show”.

Conor McGregor is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has earned this rank under his coach, John Kavanagh. However, on the other hand, Michael Chandler is not even ranked in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
