Aside from his passionate conversations about Chinese culture, the reigning UFC middleweight champion recently found himself embroiled in a heated verbal altercation with Dricus Du Plessis over the contentious ‘real African’ debate, too. And during the recent media address, Strickland took the opportunity to offer his take on the New Zealander over his comments and he made sure to have no room for mercy.

During the press conference for UFC on ESPN 47, the tension escalated further when Strickland cunningly broached the subject and proceeded to mercilessly mock the New Zealander, leaving no holds barred.

“Izzy the Chinese, true Chinese. They probably want to bring a real African back to the championship. Hey, can you guys believe that sh*t? Is that real when he says, ‘look at the color of my skin.’ Did that really happen? Is that real?” asked the UFC’s ‘Tarzan’.

As a journalist confirmed the information, the 32-year-old middleweight fighter stated, “This f**king clown, this f**king loser, bro.”
