How Joe Rogan overcomes morning blues

During a recent podcast episode #1942, Joe Rogan confessed a not-so-smart decision he made when it comes to cold plunge therapy. He revealed that he had once done the cold plunge for 20 minutes without any assistance. Considering how difficult it is to get out of the cold plunge after such a long time, his friend, Mark Greaney, joked that he should have an ejector seat. Rogan also opened up about how difficult it is for him to motivate himself to do these activities regularly.

He said, “I don’t recommend doing that. But three minutes is nothing. Three minutes is normal. It’s like I don’t like it, which is why I do it. Like every morning, ‘Maybe today I shouldn’t do the sauna’. Shut up pu*sy. ‘Maybe today I won’t wake up with a cold lunge’. Shut up pus*y.
