Sharaputdin Magomedov once became so enraged with someone that he couldn’t help but attack the person. Back in his hometown, Magomedov came across a man and his girlfriend in an act of public affection. The fighter couldn’t handle the sight of it and got into an argument with the man.

It didn’t go too well for either of the two, especially the stranger. Things escalated quickly and the fighter ended up in a brutal brawl with the man. Recently, a clip of the two getting into it resurfaced on the internet. Fans couldn’t help but stop and fume at Magomedov for his violent actions.

What happened between the stranger and Sharaputdin Magomedov?

The fighter was riding an escalator when he came across the couple in an act of public display of affection. He soon got into a fight and later on, waited for the man to walk out of the building exit. He then stuck him with another finishing blow.

In fact, Magomedov would go on to stomp on the man’s head. Something that could have led to grave injuries. Neither of the two involved filed any official complaints. However, the fighter later gave out his statement to the press.

“The situation must be understood, in Makhachkala there are unwritten laws, a kind of moral code of our own. In Moscow it is common, but for us it is unacceptable. I couldn’t keep quiet.”

Cleary, trying to keep the dignity of his hometown intact got him into the scuffle. However, in the court of public opinion, Magomedov may just have been judged. With the force of the internet coming alive in the comment sections, some fans made sure they condemned the act loud and clear.

It looks like this clip from early 2022 has fans in arms to this day. Now, the fighter has moved on further from his incident and will be making his UFC debut at UFC 294 against Bruno Silva.
