Several noted figures involving UFC stars have joined in on the recent Sam Smith controversy. The 30-year-old’s performance of the song ‘Unholy’ at the Grammys became the center of controversy after conservatives slammed it for being ‘satanic.’ Their performance with Kim Petras has received several backlashes from numerous conservative commentators.

The visual aesthetics of the song included burning red lighting and pyrotechnics, performers wearing red outfits dancing in metal cages, and Sam Smith donning a hat with horns. As reported by ‘Independent’, Madonna introduced Smith before the performance saying, “Are you ready for a little controversy?” She also added, “Here’s what I’ve learned after four decades in music. If they call you shocking, scandalous, troublesome, problematic, provocative, or dangerous, you are definitely onto something.”

Tech billionaire Elon Musk, UFC star Marvin Vettori and former UFC star, and five-time MMA champion Jake Shields were among those who reacted.
