Francis Ngannou will finally get his rematch against heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 260 in March. The pay-per-view headliner will see the blockbuster heavyweight clash take place. ‘The Predator’ will be keen to finally realize the UFC gold after previously falling short to Miocic at UFC 220 back in 2018.

Three years down the line, ‘The Predator’ has matured vastly after gathering far more time and experience inside the Octagon. He has obliterated a row of legends and present superstars in the process of climbing back up the ladder. Recently he shared a video of him eating some brutal body shots from UFC featherweight Dan Ige as if they were cookies.

Ige, a respected striker, was visibly disheartened to see his shots go in vain as the giant heavyweight barely even moved. It only shows how strong and durable Ngannou is inside the Octagon. Not to mention he is probably the scariest power puncher to ever grace the Octagon.

In his last 4 fights in the UFC, ‘The Predator‘ has taken a combined time of 2 minutes and 42 seconds to take out opponents like Curtis Blaydes, Cain Velasquez, Junior Dos Santos, and Jairzinho Rozenstruik. His finish of ‘Bigi Boy’ at UFC 249 was scary.

These performances will have shown Miocic how much ‘The Predator’ has evolved since their first fight.

Stipe Miocic manhandled Francis Ngannou at UFC 220

Ngannou got his title shot after providing a knockout of the decade contender against Alistair Overeem. Much was made of his immense punching power, and he was seen as a legitimate threat to the champion. But Miocic showed his grace, heart, and gameplan execution to the full extent and proved why he is the consensus greatest heavyweight of all time.
