Israel Adesanya has got his opportunity. ‘The last Stylebender’ was left embarrassed by Alex Pereira in at UFC 281. ‘Poatan’ knocked out ‘The Last Stylebender’ in the 5th round to get his hands on the UFC middleweight belt. Adesanya wanted to avenge his loss and was looking for a rematch. UFC 287 will give him that opportunity. Adesanya had recently appeared in a YouTube video where he was seen getting some tattoos while he discussed fighting and coping with emotions.

The tattoos were done by MMA fighter and tattoo artist Josh ‘Kamikaze’. The duo talked while inking and Adesanya opened up about how he felt when he was called too emotional by fans.
Israel Adesanya talks about emotions
The 33-year-old has talked in the past about mental health. He had talked about his troubles before his fight against Pereira. While he has looked solid even after the loss, he has taken a lot of ire from fans. He has been called very honest in accepting that he is vulnerable to emotions.

Talking about how he felt Adesanya said, “Learning how to understand your emotions, that’s why the ‘don’t react’ response comes in handy cuz a lot of people men especially, I’ll put it on us don’t know how to handle their emotions and that’s why a lot of men sometimes they get really insecure, I am like why the f*** this guy is able to express what I wish I could express.”
It seemed like the ‘Stylebender’ had given it a thought as he further added, “Yeah, why can he f****** express what he feels but I can’t? They don’t realize why they feel what they feel when they see someone else doing what they wanted to do.”
Adesanya gets tattoos

‘The Last Stylebender’ has got a verse tattooed over his right eyebrow. He also got an eagle tattooed on his neck. The artist Josh Kuhne seemed to have impressed Adesanya with his work, as ‘Izzy’ looked excited to have gotten the two new tattoos. Moreover, the 33-year-old will hope the new tattoos bring in some luck for him. He will surely need some to break ‘The Poatan Jinx’.
Alex Pereira is undefeated against Adesanya across two sports. He won twice in Glory Kick-boxing and kept his streak going in the UFC.
