In a conversation with his friend Joey Diaz, Rogan, out of nowhere, went on a rant about Johnny Depp’s attire.
“‘Stay humble or be humbled.’ He’s wearing a shirt. Dude, you’re 55 years old. Why the f*** would you wear that shirt?” wondered Rogan.
However, soon he realized what he was wearing and said, “Meanwhile, I got a Derrick Lewis’ ‘my b*lls was hot’ shirt on.”
Rogan laughed and went after Depp, “But look these, like f***ing inspirational quotes, you expect to see on some strippers’ Instagram page. You’re not supposed to be wearing those when you’re Johnny Depp. Okay? This is outrageous Johnny Depp. Why are you wearing that shirt?”
This was one of the rare moments where Joe Rogan criticized Johnny Depp. Otherwise, the former Fear Factor host has shown his love for the Pirates of the Caribbean actor frequently.

Anyhow, recently, Rogan has taken a lot of interest in the ongoing Johnny Depp-Amber Heard drama. Subsequently, Rogan has given his opinion about the matter to multiple guests.

Rogan was wearing a ‘Black Beast‘ shirt that had a quote that the heavyweight delivered after beating Alexander Volkov at UFC 229. Lewis won against Volkov in a very tough fight that saw him losing most of the fight. However, he used the equalizer, i.e., his brutal right hand, to knock out the Russian fighter in the last few seconds of the bout.

The knockout was spectacular itself, but what unfolded afterward was some of the best On-Air moments ever in the history of UFC PPV.
After the fight, Lewis apparently pulled down his shorts and when Rogan asked Lewis about the reason behind it, he delivered an iconic line that Rogan had on his shirt while taking down Johnny Depp’s shirt with an inspirational quote.
