When former Featherweight fighter Jung Chan-sung, also known as The Korean Zombie, retired from the UFC after suffering a loss at the hands of Featherweight favorite Max Holloway.

To officially commemorate his retirement from the UFC and to celebrate all that he achieved within the Octagon, American rapper Jay Park called him out on stage at one of his recent concerts. The artist sang the famous song, ‘Zombie’ by The Cranberries, to welcome him onto the stage. This was how the UFC and Dana White paid their tribute to the Featherweight – the best way they saw fit. And now, it seems Jay Park has picked up on that trend and continued the tradition. Then, a cake was brought out as thousands of fans and Park sang him a song wishing him a happy retirement.

Although the UFC and Dana White paid their tributes to him and said farewell to the legendary Featherweight fighter in the most apt way possible, it didn’t seem enough. That is why, when Jay Parker did the same thing for The Korean Zombie, the fans took to the comment section of the post to share their thoughts.

Post their fight, Max Holloway showered The Korean Zombie with praises and confessed that although his family and cousins were in the stands, refusing to sing his song, a few minutes in, they had no option but to. In fact, Holloway also took to Twitter to congratulate The Korean Zombie and wished him well for his upcoming music album.
