Dana White recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to share with his fans the benefits of doing a water fast. The UFC CEO looks like he is in great shape, and the fans wanted to know the secret behind White’s incredible transformation. Well, apart from the impeccable knowledge-backed help from Gary Brecka, White also started an 86-hour water fast that he spoke about in a video that he uploaded on his Twitter handle.

White was seen talking about how he felt after the fast and how it benefited him. The caption of the post read: “I did an 86 hour water fast and i feel INCREDIBLE! Obviously i’m not a doctor, but i’ve been told by the experts that water fasting can help to significantly reduce the risk of cancer, alzheimers and a ton of other health issues.“.

On the 200th episode of “The Action Junkeez Podcast”, Dana White revealed to his fans that there was a time when Gary Brecka told White that he had about 10.4 years to live. Apparently, White’s old friend Kerri Kasem, who is a notable radio host, was concerned for White and suggested he get his blood tests done with 10X Health Systems and consult them to be able to lead a healthier life.

Apparently, Brecka visited White in person, sat him down, and walked him through the entire blood report, explaining every single detail to him. He said that the reports were quite alarming and also told the UFC CEO that if he didn’t make drastic changes in his life, he might have about 10.4 years to live. Then, Dr. Brecka asked White to follow his instructions for 10 weeks straight and promised that he would make all of his physical problems go away.

In fact, about six weeks ago, White uploaded a post on Instagram that was a collage of two of his own images. The picture on the left was an old photo of him from 2017, where he looked overweight and out of shape. On the right was a picture of him in 2023, where White was bare-bodied and looked extremely ripped.

White’s transformation over 6 years has been both physical and mental. The UFC CEO is now more confident and in a better place – physically and mentally. The post that he shared – the caption of that post read: “Left is March 17th 2017 Right is September 18th 2023 F****N NUTS!!!@garybrecka” which was his way of acknowledging everything that Gar Brecka had done for him.

White took to Instagram to tell his fans that he followed a keto diet and then revealed the food options that he had. He said that his diet consists of foods consisting of high fat but low carbs, so as to include ketosis, a method by which fat is broken down into ketones.
