Kick streamer Adin Ross recently collaborated with UFC champion Islam Makhachev for the first time. They had their chat and a little sparring session, following which the champ’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, invited the 24-year-old to visit Makhachev’s native country. While Ross assured that there was a possibility that he would land in Russia in the future, he was worried about the availability of Wi-Fi in that country. This not only left the lightweight champion in disbelief but the fans on social media as well.

Streamers always have their cameras with them wherever they go. That’s the apparent reason why the availability of Wi-Fi concerned Adin Ross when he asked, “Is there Wi-Fi out there in Russia? Chat, is there Wi-Fi out there in Russia?” But when he asked that question it came as a surprise to Islam Makhachev’s manager, who replied, “Of course!”

When Ali Abdelaziz told the Dagestan native about Ross’s concerns, he was pretty shocked, claiming that the 24-year-old needed to come as soon as he could to Russia to clear his misconception about the country’s infrastructure. Islam Makhachev stated, “Everything what you find in the US is there, brother… Come soon because you think Russia is what? Village, no?”

Fans are not happy with Adin Ross’s comments about Islam Makhachev’s country

One fan wondered, “Who let Adin in khabibs gym bruh?” They did not expect this collaboration in the first place and now, they don’t seem to approve it. On the other hand, there were boatloads of comments aimed at the 24-year-old streamer for being oblivious to what’s happening around in other countries. “First time ever I agree. What does [Adis Ross] think Russia is like?” Likewise, a fan made his thoughts known about Ross and it’s not something positive. “Adin is legit a re—d.”

Was Islam Makhachev triggered to the extent that he would have fought Adin Ross? Well, some fans believe that to be the case, with one of them stating, “Islam was ready to check Adins grappling.” Also, Russia is known as one of the more powerful countries in the world, and keeping that in mind, an Instagram user expressed shock that a well-known online figure like Ross was unaware of such minor amenities in the European powerhouse. “He thinks a 14k gdp per capita country doesn’t have wifi,” that fan added.

While Islam Makhachev did show a shocking reaction to Adin Ross’s question, he’s kept the door open for the 24-year-old to visit his native land. But that’ll probably be after UFC 311 and, as such, it remains to be seen what more hilarious moments will be recorded when the Kick streamer visits Russia.
