Just like Yazmin Jauregi, Fernando Amado is also a mixed martial artist based in Mexico. The two fighters first met in 2016 while training at Entram Gym in Mexico. Amado, now a coach at the same gym, has permanently shifted his focus to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In 2016, he was promoted to purple belt, solidifying his status in combat sports. The achievement led him to win the gold medal at the IBJJF Irvine Open, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Even though Fernando Amado is no longer fighting professionally, he continues to make an impact in MMA by training top-notch fighters like Alejandro Perez and Adrian Oviedo. Their performances in the promotion are a testament to Amado’s teaching skills. Recently, Fernando Amado was seen training UFC’s top-ranked contender Merab Dvalishvili alongside his son, as posted on his social media account.

Yazmin Jauregui’s older son’s name is Matias, who appears to be no older than five years old based on pictures, while the name of their other son remains undisclosed in the public domain. Unlike other celebrity fighters, Jauregui and Amado do not believe in concealing their son’s face. Instead, they allow him to have a personal Instagram account, where he is not just an ordinary boy but actively performs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, much like his father.

However, this does not mean that young Matias is not close to his mother. Yazmin Jauregui was the first to bring her son into the spotlight with a heartfelt Instagram post in 2022, where she wrote, “Daddy, mom is working to fulfill a dream, you have been part of this since you came ami vida and you have been my biggest engine Thank you for your patience for your most sincere love.”
