He shared, “Exactly 7 years ago – January 24th, 2013, I finally convinced a girl I had a crush on to go on a coffee date with me.”

Michael explained in the post that Brie wasn’t interested in meeting him as she was focused on her work and when she did agree to meet him, she chose a strategic time to have an automatic “out” in the situation. However, their first date at ‘Kaldis Coffee’ in Missouri ended up being, “…the last first date she’d ever go on.”

The two have been together ever since and Brie has been in Michael’s corner throughout his journey from Bellator to the bright lights of the UFC. According to information available online, Brie Chandler works as a medical professional and holds the certifications of PA – C (physician assistant, certified) and DMSc (doctor of medical science). She is the “lead injector and trainer for company studios” at the OVME Medica Aesthetics organization and also holds the position of “Allergan National Trainer” at the Allergan Medical Institute.

Michael and Brie Chandler are the parents of two boys through adoption. The couple has no biological children, but welcomed their first adoptive son, Hap, into their family in 2017. They later added to their growing family by adopting their youngest son, Ace, in 2022.
