But ‘JRE’ fans were taken aback once again as Rogan’s noted podcast slipped off its top spot once more, only this time to the noted American media personality, Alix Earle. Alix Earle’s academic qualification states that she’s still an undergraduate at the University of Miami. The currently 22-year-old shot to fame after starting to create her own videos on TikTok. As of April 2023, Earle boasted an insane 5.6M followers on her TikTok. Well, that might be a good hint as to why Earle’s podcast dethroned Rogan’s ‘JRE’.

Her podcast is known as ‘Hot Messand is similar to Rogan’s ‘JRE’ in a number of ways. Like the 56-year-old’s show, Earle’s podcast also doesn’t have any specific theme. The topic of discussion in an episode of her podcast may be anything from her breakups to her breast augmentation. However, the 22-year-old has also been called out for endorsing beauty products that are typically used by women of a specific race.

Can The Joe Rogan Experience reclaim its lost apex spot?

Well, the year 2023 is almost nearing its end now. Rogan signed his broadcasting deal with Spotify in the year 2020, worth an insane $200M. However, ‘Spotify’ bought the broadcasting rights of ‘JRE’ for three and a half years with that amount. Thus, a look at the calendar will reveal that it’s the ending days of the ‘JRE’-Spotify deal.
