According to sources, Page trains at the popular ‘London Shootfighters’ gym. The gym is based in London, United Kingdom. As Page is also a London-born athlete, he has primarily trained in his hometown throughout his career, and in a gym with no other UFC fighter.

The head coach of the gym, who also happens to be the UFC debutant’s coach is Alexis Demetriades. Other coaches in the gym include Marios Demetriades, Paul Ivens, Simeon Kyurchiev, and more. Despite not having any UFC colleagues around, many reputed fighters competing outside the UFC are Page’s teammates like Karlos Vémola, Przemysław Mysiala, Marius Žaromskis, and many more.

Michael ‘Venom’ Page vs. Leon Edwards in the future?

Being as famous as he is, Page can definitely pick his fights. In case he manages to defeat ‘The Future’ at UFC 303, fans will most likely see the London-born in a high-profile fight against a big name. A few weeks before his previous fight, ‘Venom’ showcased his interest in fighting fellow Englishman and UFC welterweight Leon Edwards.

Coming from the same country, Page and Edwards could come together to make a huge fight. Interestingly, Page also agrees with this. “A fan of his uprising and what he’s done, I think it’s more I can envision the magnitude of the fight with regards to it being two UK fighters, fighting for a UFC welterweight championship,” he said, in an interview with SkySports.
