There are some people who devote their lives to a singular cause, and then there is Dana White, who breathes UFC. The UFC president is synonymous with the promotion. He has poured blood, sweat, money, and soul into making the UFC a successful venture. The 53-year-old has stuck with the promotion for over two decades. He endured the time when the UFC was on the brink of closure, but his efforts have made the UFC a $12 billion success story. Can the UFC ever hope to replace him?

Former POTUS Donald Trump doesn’t think so. When the UFC exchanged hands and White assumed the president’s chair, he squeezed in every favor he could. However, the athletic commissions, horrified by the risky nature of MMA, refused to even sanction the events. The investors’ trust was shaky, and there were no venues available. How did White turn it around? With his sheer determination and shrewd business acumen. Further, he found an ally in Trump, a business mogul who realized the future rested in MMA. Now, the 77-year-old, who closely worked with the White, has disclosed the value of having an asset such as the UFC lynchpin.

The media mogul said, “I give tremendous respect for the initial group and for also for Dana [White]. I don’t think anybody could have done what Dana [White] did. I really don’t, you know. Usually, they say everybody is replaceable no matter what. Everybody’s replaceable. I don’t think this guy is replaceable.”

Following this, the Republican revealed how the UFC head honcho was a perfect emulation of success. Also, the noted businessperson pointed out one quality that made White stand out.
