Joe Rogan has been a podcast host for more than a decade. His show, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience‘ is one of the biggest if not the biggest podcasts in the world. Furthermore, it caters to an audience of almost 11 million per episode. 

The reason for such a mammoth success is the wide variety of topics discussed on the shows. There’s no restricted genre to the show, moreover, the audience also gets to know some inside stories from the comedian’s life.

Recently, while doing the ‘Sober October’ podcast with his friends and fellow comedies, Ari Shaffir, Tom Segura, and Bert Kreischer, the podcaster, revealed the method through which he saved his vision became better.

How did Joe Rogan prevent his vision loss?

The conversation started with Bert Kreischer describing that he cannot see without his glasses, to which Rogan asked how bad his vision was. Kreischer replied that he could see things from afar. But couldn’t see things up close.

The 55-year-old then explained how he saved his vision from deteriorating. He said, “You know what stopped my vision loss dead in its tracks. I started taking something called macular support. Pure encapsulation macular support. I mean, my vision is not great. But it never got worse.”

Rogan further added, “it went to a spot where I can read my phone, it’s not bad.” A guest chimed in asking, “Macular?” To which Rogan answered, “Macular support. Pure encapsulation macular support. It got lutein and a bunch of different things in it… I’ve been taking it regularly for years and it makes a difference man.”

The quad then started discussing the recent eye surgery that Ari Shaffir underwent and various other vision treatment methods that Rogan had recently learned about.

It’s clear to the fans that the podcaster does everything to take full care of his body. Furthermore, despite such a busy schedule, he always finds time to break a sweat in the gym as well as eat the healthiest of foods.
