In a similar fashion, he predicted the fate of Garry as he shed light on his chances of winning the bout at UFC 292. He said,, “I like his spirit. I like what he brings to the UFC. The way he’s kind of done it like a reality show of his life on Instagram–which I find cool. Like–he’s able to just let people in like that. And he’s just got that spirit and people want to watch him and he’s slick”.

Analyzing Garry’s forthcoming bout ‘Izzy’ further said, “Ian is just too smart. Ian knows how to like – rethink on the fly as well.
