Apparently, he also had some significant success regarding the negotiations, as he also opted to bring out an all-new ‘Zuckerberg vs Musk’ range of UFC merchandise.

However, the Twitter boss, Musk, recently took to his own platform and gave out a few important notifications regarding the bout. The first line of his tweet read, “The fight will be managed by my and Zuck’s foundations (not UFC)“. This line alone from Musk was enough to shatter White’s wish related to the coveted bout.

Amid several other reactions from the followers, this tweet from Musk also triggered a response from the famed UFC icon, Conor McGregor. Well, it won’t be wrong to say that like the UFC boss, he also wasn’t too pleased about Musk’s decision.

In a recent interview with ‘DailyMail’, he revealed, “I’m interested. Are they gonna go ahead with it? Are they gonna make it happen? If it happens under the UFC banner, I’m with it. It has to happen under the UFC banner.”

But the Twitter boss’ recent announcement related to the organizing and streaming of the bout breached McGregor’s condition of supporting the bout. Musk’s special mention of the words “not UFC” was probably enough for ‘Mystic Mac’ to withdraw his support from the bout.

In a now-deleted tweet, McGregor reversed his stand related to the bout. It read, “I could not be less interested in this, I am so happy the UFC will not be involved”. Well, a number of fans might appreciate McGregor’s loyal nature.
