Meanwhile, his famous words played in the background: “So don’t complain, you wanna become champion. And now you wanna say like you are tired. Who cares you tired or not. Nobody cares about you. Without you or with you, there is always gonna be champions.”

In his debut UFC bout, he faced Sergey Morozov and secured a victory in the second round using a rear-naked choke. His next matchup was against ‘The Boom’ Brian Kelleher, where he once again triumphed in the first round via a rear-naked choke.
