Conor McGregor continues suffering blowback for his civil suit trial verdict, but are the tides turning? Well, not really but there is at least a shred of good news for the UFC superstar. Well, Conor McGregor’s Italian partner for his ‘Forged Irish Stout’ beer, Gabriel Ernesto Rapisarda, took to Instagram to announce that the Italy-based supermarket chain, Conad Group, will start selling ‘Forged Irish Stout’ in its over 3,800 stores across Italy, Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, and Malta.
This is excellent news for his company. After all, just last month, the $1.13 billion-worth Irish pub chain JD Wetherspoon decided to no longer sell McGregor’s Forged Irish Stout at their locations in the Republic of Ireland. But that is not all, as a bunch of major supermarket chains like Tesco, BWG Group, and Musgrave Group has decided to stop carrying products associated with ‘Mystic Mac’. In this situation, getting access to nearly four thousand new locations in brand-new markets must be music to McGregor’s ears.
“This month @forgedirishstout has reached an incredible new milestone in Italy 🇮🇹 with #gruppocr family of the giant @conad Group present in the area with more than 3800 points of sale,” Rapisarda wrote.

On the other hand, things aren’t going quite as well for McGregor closer to home. Since ‘The Notorious’ was found liable for s*x**lly a****lting Nikita Hand, his reputation has taken a significant hit, as has his standing in his native Ireland, where he was a working-class hero with his rags-to-riches story.

Along with the brands mentioned above, video game developer, ‘IO Interactive’, also decided to part ways with the mixed martial artist. The company will no longer feature DLC featuring the Irishman for its global smash hit game, ‘Hitman: World of Assassinations’. But what about his fighting career? Well, that doesn’t seem to have been affected much.
Fans fear the worst as Conor McGregor announces Logan Paul fight talks
Conor McGregor’s first fight in three years will be a boxing match. ‘The Notorious’ took to X yesterday to announce that he is in “preliminary agreements” with India’s billionaire Ambani family to fight Logan Paul in the South Asian country. No other details about the fight, except the fact that it will be an exhibition, are known at the moment.

This only means that McGregor’s much-awaited UFC comeback will have to wait at least a couple more months, i.e., if it ever happens. After all, the only thing we and the UFC know about his return to the octagon is that he will fight sometime in the second half of next year, according to Dana White.
But then again that is what White said last year and the year before that. There is no reason next year will be different. After all, even with all the financial hits McGregor has taken, he is still very wealthy and doesn’t need to put himself through a full camp or stop partying and fight some of the best in the world anymore. This is especially true if he can make comparable amounts of money by boxing other celebrities and retired boxers. What do you think about Conor McGregor’s beer brand getting a new market?
