POTUS Joe Biden signed the historic Respect for Marriage Act on Tuesday in an afternoon ceremony. Hours after the codified protection law for same-sex and intersexual marriages came into force, the White House was glowing in the colors of a rainbow. Notably, the consequential bill signing was celebrated throughout the country. Similarly, Hannah Leffler, the partner of the UFC fighter, Macy Chiasson, called for celebration after the life-altering bill bestowed equal rights upon them that, according to her, “should have always had the same rights“.
Markedly, Hannah Leffler is a flute professor at the University of Texas at Arlington. Besides, her prodigious martial skills are also well known. The couple appears to enjoy each other’s company and doesn’t shy away from expressing love publicly. It was all but natural that Leffler took to Instagram and penned an emotional post about the recent law that had the potential to positively affect their life.
