Joe Rogan stands against a centralized digital currency in the future

“The idea that there’s a centralized digital currency connected to a social credit score system is absolutely f***ing terrifying. Because people self-censor already.”
The 55-year-old then added, “If they’re financially penalized for not following (the rules), which they are in China. In China, if they vary. If they stray from the path and, you know, criticize the government or… talk sh*t about anything… Like you can’t f**ing buy plane tickets. You’re not going anywhere.”
