Raul Rosas Jr. became a sensation with his electrifying victory over Jay Perrin. Thereby, the former became the youngest fighter to ever win a UFC bout. Dana White recruited him through his Contender Series. The debut fight not only earned him a boatload of followers, but also financial support from Dana White in the form of a bonus. After all, the 18-year-old warrior specifically made a wish to be able to get his mother a minivan.

After his fight in the UFC 282, the teenage champion, Raul Rosas Jr., asked Dana White for a $50,000 bonus during the post-fight interview with Joe Rogan. Surprisingly, the UFC president seemed to fulfill the young fighter’s wish and promised to give a hefty bonus to all the ten fighters in UFC 282.

Recently, a video of the youngest star in UFC went viral on social media. In the video, Raul Rosas Jr. reacts to getting the bonus he heartedly wished for. The video showed the rising star getting congratulated by his friends. Furthermore, his friends also revealed that he certainly deserved the bonus.

The boy was so happy that he went speechless when one of his friends asked him what he would say to Dana White, now. “I don’t know”, replied Rosas Jr. However, when prompted, the happy teenager thanked the UFC president for the bonus.

Dana White blesses the fighters with a bonus

With his win in UFC 282, Rosas Jr. became the youngest winner in the history of UFC. However, his wish to get his mother a minivan so that she could give him a ride to the PI was what made the fans cheer. Surprisingly, it wasn’t just the fans who sympathized.

White later made a promise to give all the fighters who finished in UFC 282 a bump in the paycheck. The famed reporter, Mike Bohn, said in a tweet, “Dana White says all 10 fighters who got a finish at #UFC282 will be awarded $50.000 bonuses.”

Nonetheless, winning his first fight was just a single step towards a greater future for Rosas Jr. Although fans support the teen warrior, the anticipation of his next fight has begun to rise. But in the end, his victory has in fact been written in golden letters in the history of the UFC.
