Saying that Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal don’t like each other will be an understatement. Once best friends and roommates, both men can’t even stand each other anymore.
Covington lived on Masvidal’s couch for a year and both are former training partners as well. But because of certain reasons, their friendship fell off. They both blame each other for it and will soon have the opportunity to settle the issue. Masvidal and Covington will headline UFC 272, and it is a fight fans are excited about.
However, there is still time left for the fight, but ‘Chaos‘ is very confident going into the fight. He believes he will stop his old friend and recently trolled Masvidal. He responded to a popular meme and in the comments wrote, “Bank on it. #StreetJudasADeadManWalking.”

‘Chaos’ is extremely confident going into the fight. During an interview on the UFC 270 weigh-in show, he said, “March 5th, Jorge is in for a rude awakening. He’s not going to be the same person after I’m finished with him. No matter how much the UFC pays him, on March 5th, when he wakes up in a hospital bed, all that money won’t be worth it.”
Covington last entered the octagon in November 2021, when he fought Usman for the title. It was a close fight, which the champion won via a unanimous decision. If Covington manages to put in an impressive performance against Masvidal, another title shot won’t be too far away.
