WATCH: Ariel Helwani Calls Dillon Danis a B*tch & Liar to His Face During Live Show

Dillon Danis and Ariel Helwani have had a turbulent friendship. Once, good friends Danis and Helwani were later involved in a mud-slinging and name-calling on Twitter. Their latest meeting in Helwani‘s show, ‘The MMA Hour’ started on a bizarre note. Dillon Danis refused to shake Helwani‘s hand, despite the latter insisting on it. The move from Danis made the two talk about their disagreements in the past. While Dillon didn’t agree that he did anything that could have hurt Helwani. The MMA Journalist reminded Danis how once came up to him with three “paid” men.

Ariel Helwani didn’t shy away and called Danis a “liar“. He even went on to call his guest a “b**ch”. Danis had last fought in 2019. He was recently in the news after Nate Diaz got in a scuffle with him outside MSG after UFC 281. Dillon Danis told Helwani he went through multiple knee surgeries and that kept him out of the cage for a long time. Danis, however, did mention that he was earning a lot through MMA and Social Media.

Ariel Helwani called the MMA star a liar

The duo tried to re-visit what went wrong between them. While Ariel Helwani insisted that it was Dillon Danis who crossed his limits involving the journalist’s wife. Danis insisted it was Ariel Helwani who said a lot worse.

Helwani said, “you don’t don’t feel bad. Here’s the one thing as you know as you know I don’t like people who lie the second lie so far the second lie in five minutes.”

Danis responded by saying he didn’t lie and said he had called Helwani crying. He even claimed he had the conversations on his old phone. Ariel Helwani later added, “are you shi**ing me? Don’t be a b****” .

Dillon Danis made some revelations

While the interview started on a surprising note, things settled and Danis talked about his earnings, why he was away from the cage, and many other interesting topics. Danis also recounted the time when his friend and BJJ champion Leandro Lo was shot by a cop. He also took a shot on Ryan Gordon who is beefing with Danis in recent times.
