Tony Ferguson needs to rejuvenate his career as an MMA fighter. Because his last victory came against Donald Cerrone in 2019. Since then, Ferguson failed to grab a victory on 5 separate occasions till 2023. However, the 38-year-old still has a solid reputation among MMA fans. Therefore, he announced the perfect decision to coach against Conor McGregor in TUF. Through this avenue, the Mexican warrior can reclaim his glory in the UFC. And also get to rub his rival’s face in the mud.

However, he needs to get his coaching strategy right to defeat his opponent. But, UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad believes Ferguson will be using unorthodox methods to train his fighters. Therefore, Muhammad took to Twitter and posted a hilarious clip to parody his coaching tactics.

‘Remember the Name’ posted a clip of an overly enthusiastic gym trainer on his Twitter recently. He also wrote “First day of Tony coaching the tuf house” as a caption to this short clip.

In this video, the trainer carried a huge tire in his hands. Before his eager students, all laid on their backs. Then, the coach approached one of his students with the massive tire, clutched in his hands. He lifted it in the air and smashed it onto his student’s abdominal region.

However, the teacher didn’t stop there. The coach went on to repeat the same exercise with the remaining students as well, one after another.

Nevertheless, Muhammad believed the 38-year-old would copy this insane gym trainer’s methods on The Ultimate Fighter show. This observation made a lot of MMA fans chuckle because Ferguson might be the only coach who could pull it off on his disciples.

Tony Ferguson announced his role in the brand-new season of TUF, on social media. He posted it right after Conor McGregor made his announcement of returning to TUF as a coach. Therefore, The UFC-based show might pit two of the most sought-after fighters in the promotion’s history against each other, as coaches.
