In the JRE MMA Show #141, host Joe Rogan and Bare Knuckle Fighting star Mike Perry engaged in a conversation that left Rogan astonished about some bizarre Russian practices. Known for his admiration of the sport, Rogan expressed his fascination with Bare Knuckle boxing, stating, “It’s like someone designed the perfect sport for you[referring to Perry]. You know what I mean?”

What’s more – the discussion took an intriguing turn when Rogan mentioned the idea of pushing boundaries in combat sports. He quoted, “Like you’ve seen those Russian videos… where it’s like teams of dudes meet on the field and just start beating the f**k out of each other…”

Perry, intrigued by the concept, expressed his desire to try it out, asking, “Where is that group of fighting people? Man, that’s wild!”

Rogan was referring to a video that surfaced online earlier this year, which showed a large group of people fighting another group of people on a football field. Moreover, Rogan revealed that such practices were common in Russia and even mentioned Ireland. He also noted fights occurring in the most unexpected of places – such as in cars or even in phone booths. However, both Rogan and Perry agreed that the scale and intensity of the Russian fights were on a different level altogether. “Russians are just different, man! They’re just different,” Rogan remarked.

Undeterred, Perry made a playful remark, adding, “A well-put-together American is fucking up there though – we’re up there…”

The BKFC star playfully suggested the idea of an American team taking on the Russian team, saying, “…come on. Let’s go, America. Let’s do the American team vs that big Russian team man. Let’s see what happens – 200 on 200!” The sheer thought of such a confrontation left Rogan contemplating its potential intensity, exclaiming, “Bro, that would be scary!”

The conversation shed light on the unique yet extremely bizarre practices observed in Russia, capturing the attention of Joe Rogan and leaving him astounded.
