UFC fighter Sean Strickland is a fighter that believes in speaking his mind. He might have made some controversial statements in the past. However, the 24-3-0 record holder is a brilliant fighter. He has defeated some great middleweights and thus, is one dangerous opponent in the ring.

Strickland is not afraid to fight anyone. He is comfortable challenging his opponents, sparring with partners as well as total strangers.

The fighter posted a video of himself sparring on Twitter. He wrote, “Guy walks into the gym and says “I’m a 5-0 heavy weight kickboxer” lol so I say “I just sparred 8 rounds but I’ll give you three more” that was an unintentional lethwei headbutt but f**k it felt good lol!!!!!!!!!! Nice guy though, hope he comes back…..”

In another Tweet, Strickland wrote, “People will say “Sean don’t spar so hard, save it for the fight” I’m thinking “what are you talking about I gotta get the poison out of my soul” lol!!!”

Sean Strickland has been open about his attitude towards fighting. While many people were shocked by the statements he has made in the past, the fighter loves to fight.

It seems that fighting and training for fights are exactly what he loves to do and hence, he does not really worry much about titles and fame.

What’s next for Sean Strickland?

Strickland has been a professional MMA fighter since 2008. Initially, he fought under KOTC but in 2014, he joined the UFC and gave some great fights. His win against Uriah Hall was one of his most talked-about fights.

‘Tarzan’ is currently on a 5-fight winning streak. Unfortunately, his fight against Luke Rockhold didn’t shape up. This could have been a very exciting fight. However, he will be seen fighting Jack Hermansson in February 2022.
