Nate Diaz recently had his contract extended by the UFC. At present, the superstar is currently angling towards a fight with former UFC interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier. However, in an interesting turn of events, the 36-year-old was spotted at the Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley 2 ceremonial weigh-in at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Florida.
Not only was Diaz spotted at the event, but he even managed to cause quite a commotion at the gathering as his crew reportedly got involved in a scuffle with Bellator featherweight champion A.J. McKee and Jake Paul’s sparring partner and teammate Anthony Taylor.

Anthony Taylor accuses Nate Diaz of ‘Jumping’ at him
In a recent interview with MMA Fighting, Jake Paul‘s teammate Anthony Taylor alleged that Nate Diaz tried to pull the same stunt on him in January, the previous year as well.
He said, “Long story short, pretty much I beat Chris Avila, I start showboating in the back room and Nate overheard it, he got mad, threw a water bottle and said, ‘We are going to jump you and beat your a**.’ Excuse my language… Nate ran up on me, he swung at me, he missed, I swung at him… I missed. Bellator staff had to break it up.”
