The UFC 270 pay-per-view will feature two of the most exciting title defenses in the promotion’s history. However, the second fight of the early prelims got headlines as Vanessa Demopoulos got super excited when she saw Joe Rogan at the post-fight interview.

Demopoulos squealed, “Oh my god it’s Joe Rogan.” 

Although Rogan tried to talk to Demopoulos in a serious manner, he was unsucessful. Finally, ‘Lil Monster’ leaped into Rogan’s arms in excitement, only to the podcast owner’s surprise.

‘Lil Monster’ Vanessa Demopoulos (7-4) finished her post-fight interview in the same fashion as her fight- unpredictably. At one point in time, the fight looked almost over as Juarez put her hammer fists onto Demopoulos and knocked her down.

However, Demopoulos bounced back and secured a surprising finish. Subseuently, she performed a split- she had done the same following the ceremonial weigh-ins as well.

From almost losing to turning things around in the first round itself and meeting Joe Rogan, ‘Lil Monster’ truly had a memorable UFC 270.

Joe Rogan made his return to the commentary booth at UFC 270

Joe Rogan has been a UFC staple since the early days and functions as a color commentator on PPV events. Fighters get excited to meet him, but their opportunities have been limited as he has reduced his schedule to just PPV events in America.

After missing UFC 266, he hasn’t missed a single US based PPV and marked his presence at UFC 270. Rogan shared the desk woth Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik.

Demopoulos, who got bumped ahead by a week, was lucky to fight before Joe Rogan. Her excitement could have stemmed from the fact that he got to see familiar faces and hear people she knew cheering her.
