Julianna Pena just proved to the world that she’s not just words. The challenger had waited five years to secure a title fight.

After ending the first round bruised and beaten, ‘The Venezuelan Vixen’ made a stunning comeback against ‘The Lioness’ in the 2nd round. She continuously made contact with Nunes’ face and landed jabs that stunned the champion.

Astounded fans watched the fight as they saw Nunes get hit with punch after punch and wobble. As the round progressed, Pena landed decisive blows on Nunes and downed her opponent. Subsequently, she locked in the rear-naked choke to snap the Brazilian’s 12 fight-win streak.
