There is a popular saying that goes that ‘A player will leave the sport but the sport will never leave the player’. This saying is proved by MMA legend Bob Sapp. A new training video of the MMA veteran has been released showing Sapp working out despite being 49 years of age. Moreover, the former super heavyweight from Rizin always weighed over 300 pounds in his past bouts.

Fans see the former MMA fighter as a source of inspiration as he teams up with former UFC fighter Quinton Jackson for a competition. Moreover, ‘Rampage’ has shared insights into their training.

Fans react to Bob Sapp training with Quinton Jackson

The former UFC fighter posted a video of Bob Sapp training with himself and Shaun Rez. The 49-year-old’s training footage was received well by the fans.

Furthermore, Jackson wrote along with the video, “Training with Bob Sapp is so hard i miss training with coach @shaun_rez. both are crazy when it comes to workouts,but both are very knowledgeable. For some reason Bob Sapp likes to train for 6 hours at a time.”

Seems like the footballer and mixed martial artist hasn’t lost his touch when it comes to training for the sport. Both Jackson and Sapp are taking part in Fight Circus 6. The fans have given their reaction to seeing the pair train together.

Shaun Rez said in the comments section, “Very impressive for his size doing this. Ok”.

Additionally, one fan added, “I can still see him giving a lot of dudes problems in any fighting organizations for a vet”.

Sapp and Jackson are preparing for Fight Circus 6 in Thailand. The competition sees two fighters joined at the hip as they face another team. Sapp and Jackson are on the same team as they take part in the competition.
