Jamahal Hill is known as ‘Sweet Dreams’ in the UFC and it is not because he sings perfect lullabies. The former champion has been dominant in his reign in the light heavyweight division and Johnny Walker was one of his victims.

Walker has been making good progress since his fight against Hill but his last fight was an unfortunate no-contest. When the Brazilian was asked about his opinion on Jiri Prochazka and Alex Pereira, Walker concluded that they were good fighters, but he would like to face Jamahal Hill next.

“Both of them are really interesting fights for me. I would like to fight both of them. Anyway, I’m gonna face both of them, but I don’t know who’s gonna be the first one. But I’m gonna be ready for them. These are really interesting fights. I wanna get them a rematch. 100%, I’m gonna face Jamahal Hill for a rematch. I’m a way better fighter.” said Walker.

In their first face-off, Hill connected with a powerful overhand right on Walker which made the Brazilian fighter lose balance and fall, Hill seized the opportunity and threw another right hand to knock Walker out of the park and this happened in the very first round. ‘Sweet Dreams’ then went on to clinch the light heavyweight title, however, a tear in his Achilles forced him to take a break and vacate the title. Nonetheless, Hill might return in 2024. Let us understand where he stands now.
