A controversial video from Strickland’s training session has come to light. In the short clip, ‘Tarzan’ can be seen aggressively sparring with his partner. Towards the end of the clip, Strickland knocks his partner down. Usually, fighters go easy in sparring sessions and try not to hurt their counterparts. Strickland, known for his unapologetic personality, clearly did not follow this rule.

Sharing this video on ‘X’, Adesanya made some bold comments about Strickland. Calling ‘Tarzan’ insecure, the UFC middleweight champ dismissed the idea of such aggressive sparring being beneficial. “Imagine doing this and thinking “Yea, good work today”. Useless insecure wasteman”, he wrote in his recent post.

The two-time UFC middleweight champ has been actively fighting for the last few years and has faced some of the toughest opponents in the octagon.
