The duo raised the question, “Imagine if THAT (eating more) was what got you jacked”.
If only eating more got us jacked, Joe Rogan!
Halkias started off the conversation in a pretty normal way. He explained to Rogan how “food is the drug” for him. “For me, I can do a lot of drugs and then stop doing them. I’m pretty lucky with that where I don’t get addicted. It’s food! Food gets me,” Halkias said.
The topic escalated when Halkias shared, “If you got jacked, according to, if you eat more, that’s heaven!” The duo pondered upon the same question for a while; before the guest breaks out to say, “I’d be Ronnie Coleman, bro!“
The comparison with the bodybuilding legend got Rogan laughing without bounds. Rogan also went forward to comment on how this would cause everyone to “run out of food”.

Halkias and Rogan bonded on how they tend to overeat every time they are celebrating something. This could range from celebrating a good show to celebrating anything. It is absolutely appreciated to find the little joys of life in everything you do. However, people should always take care of their diet when it comes to looking out for health.
Previous to the topic, Rogan also showed his love for Action Bronson. The two appreciated Bronson’s efforts he put into improving his lifestyle for his family. He lost a lot of unhealthy weight to keep his body healthy. This is a perfect example of what one should take away from someone’s life.
“He was so big, so unhealthy, has a kid, and he was like I gotta fix my life,” Rogan mentioned.
