The coach strictly advised that everyone who weighs 55 kg or more should begin their training immediately. The training should be structured as 30 seconds of activity followed by 30 seconds of rest. Interestingly, as soon as the legendary coach asked his pupils to start the training, a young Umar Nurmagomedov ran up the hill to be a part of it but Abdulmanap stopped him.
