The city of Los Angeles is suffering one of its biggest crises due to a massive wildfire that has broken out. The flames are devouring more and more areas of Southern California. With a wind of more than 160 kilometers per hour, the fire is expanding uncontrollably, and more than 10,000 hectares have already been burned. Such is the impact that Dana White and the UFC, are offering help to fight this major disaster.

Sharing the Instagram post of the Clark County Fire Department about sending units to assist the local California fire department in combating the ongoing wildfires, Dana White wrote in the caption of his Instagram story, “Love this!!! Already called @govjoelombardo Much respect to all the first responders from Nevada and California. ANYTHING you need for Me or @ufc, we got you!” It is also worth noting that many reports state Dana White also called the governor to offer his assistance whenever required. He is also taking the UFC to California with UFC 311, their first PPV event of 2025.

So far, more than 155,000 people have had to be evacuated, and more than 1,000 buildings have been destroyed by the passage of the fire. The devastating fires that continue to spread could leave economic losses of between 52,000 and 57,000 million dollars (50,400 to 55,200 million euros), according to an analysis by the weather information company AccuWeather.

The report addresses the direct and indirect costs of fires and takes into account losses in all kinds of aspects, such as property, wages, crops, infrastructure, travel, medical expenses, and emergency management. Known for being a patriot of the nation, fans would be glad to see Dana White and his promotion lending a helping hand as he claimed in the story by maybe providing major donations in the coming days to help rebuild the city and help out the ones who lost their shelters, including celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Jamie Lee Curtis and Adam Brody. However, it was also a situation that was also predicted by the JRE host, Joe Rogan.

Joe Rogan predicted the LA fire months ago

Los Angeles firefighters have admitted that they are overwhelmed by the power and size of the three large fires that have occurred in the city of Los Angeles. Anthony Marrone, Los Angeles County Fire Chief, has acknowledged that there are not enough firefighters for an emergency of this size. However, this shouldn’t be new information for JRE fans, as it was something that was predicted by Joe Rogan a long time ago.

The most recent warning was on JRE #2240, where he told filmmaking legend Quentin Tarantino and Roger Avary about a firefighter who revealed how there was a disaster in the making that the city management wouldn’t be prepared to fight. Joe Rogan said, “When I was filming *Fear Factor*, I talked to this guy who was a fireman for the fire department. He said, “It’s just going to be a matter of time. There’s going to be one day where a fire hits LA, and the wind is the right way, and we’re not going to be able to stop it. It’s just going to burn right through to the ocean.”

The UFC commentator was stunned by the brutal confession dropped by the firefighter. So Joe Rogan further questioned if the fire would actually be large enough to engulf the whole city. But the truth is a bitter pill to swallow, so the fireman replied that when those massive fires get going, there’s not a thing that can stop them. Something that can be seen in news headlines and footage today as the city keeps burning. What do you think? Was it a disaster that could’ve been handled better? Let us know in the comments.
