Ian Garry is a rising star in the world of mixed martial arts. Born in Dublin, Ireland, Garry began training in MMA since the age of 15. He was inspired by his fellow countryman Conor McGregor. In the post, Garry shared a picture of Kenan‘s beaten-up face and wrote a caption that read, “When you sign a contract against me, I take it personally. My mission is to let you know you made a bad decision.” The post was met with an immediate backlash from fans and other members of the MMA community, many of whom criticized Garry for being disrespectful and unsportsmanlike.

Ian Garry’s response to the backlash

Garry, however, defended his post in the comments section of the same Instagram post. He argued that he had been respectful to Kenan throughout the fight and that his post was simply a reflection of his competitive mindset. Garry’s wife, Layla Anna-Lee, also posted the same picture on Instagram, but later deleted it.

Despite the controversy surrounding his recent post, Garry‘s UFC career is off to an impressive start. He currently boasts an undefeated record of 11-0. Garry‘s fighting style is characterized by his powerful striking, excellent grappling, and relentless aggression, and he is widely regarded as one of the top prospects in the UFC’s welterweight division.
