The MMA fighters and their intriguing tattoos are one thing the fans sure love to see. The tattoos not only have an aesthetical touch to them but are also used to represent the fighter’s identity and culture. Notably, the bantamweight fighter Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera has a new tattoo that he will flaunt in his upcoming public appearances.

‘Chito’ loves to ink his body and has a new panther tattoo that he recently got done at ‘Smith Street Tattoo Parlour’ in Brooklyn, New York. However, the Ecuadorian fighter’s choice of tattoo has divided the fans.

Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera and his new tattoo

The 20-7-1 record holder on Wednesday night got a new tattoo on the back of his skull. The vibrant tattoo is a black panther-like cat with green eyes and yellow paws.

While talking to ESPN, the fighter revealed that he trusted his friend, Action Bronson, and the tattoo artist, Bert Krak, to get the job done. Further, he declared, “When I got there last night, I had no idea what I wanted… It’s culture. It’s a cool thing, things I like.”

Vera has recently enjoyed remarkable success inside the Octagon. The 29-year-old has earned victories over Frankie Edgar and Dominick Cruz within a span of 1 year and is currently on a 4-win streak.

How did the fans react?
