Joe Rogan, one of the most famous podcasters in the world, also happens to be a very prominent member of the UFC. Rogan has been their commentator for almost two decades. Thus, it’s safe to say that he’s one of the most recognized voices in the whole of mixed martial arts.

Although the podcaster has not indicated any plans to leave the company anytime soon, he did recently reveal what could potentially cause him to let go of the brand.

In one of the more recent episodes of his podcast, the comedian spoke about a particular clause in his contract, i.e. regarding when he would depart the premier MMA promotion. He revealed when would he leave the UFC.

Joe Rogan not only announced that he would leave the company when president Dana White retires, but also said that he has agreed to it contractually.

Since the news has gone viral, fans from all over the world have jumped in on their social media to share their thoughts. Moreover, the majority of the fans do not want either of them to leave the company.

One of the fans said, “Will be a sad day when they are both gone from UFC.”

Another user said, “I’m in denial that day will ever come”

A Dana White fan shared his thoughts on the importance of the current UFC President to the company. 

One user took a philosophical route while sharing his stance on Joe Rogan and White’s friendship. 

Fans really seem to be affected by the news and hope that the pair stay in the company for the longest of times.

Dana White says Rogan help build the UFC

Dana White once credited the comedian for the success of the UFC. In an interview with Teddy Atlas, the UFC President said, “another guy who deserves a ton of credit for helping build the sport… that’s Joe Rogan.”

White praised Rogan’s nuanced knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu, saying that Rogan helped the audience understand the intricacies of ground fighting, which at the time people weren’t aware of. 

Joe Rogan has also showered his gracious words on the UFC Bossman every time given an opportunity. Given that the two are close friends, it certainly won’t be far-fetched to see them depart the company together.
