Quinton Rampage Jackson was one of the most hilarious characters we’ve had in the UFC. The former UFC light heavyweight champion now hosts a podcast named Jaxxon Podcasts, which gives us plenty of hilarious content. A recent podcast episode featured former UFC welterweight title challenger, Gilbert Burns, which had plenty of hilarious conversations.
Of all the people that Rampage could’ve compared the no.4 ranked UFC welterweight to, he decided to compare him to one of the legendary music icons on the planet. None other than ‘The King of Pop’ himself, Michael Jackson. Here is how the conversation led to the wild comparison.

The conversation started off with Rampage and Durinho talking about his hair. “Where did the fro come from? And why did the fro come from?”, the former light heavyweight champion asked the no.4 ranked UFC welterweight how he has an afro.
Burns answered the podcast host with a shocking statement, revealing his African heritage. Burns states, “My grandma is African. She came all the way from Africa. I think Nigeria. But yeah, that’s where the hair came from.”
Jackson went on to ask Burns if he had plans on making cornrows. To which Burns responded saying that he will, when he fights since the hair gets into his face. Rampage then quickly compares Burns with Cornrows to Michael Jackson, hilariously stating, “You be looking like Michael Jackson”.

Durinho in the Jaxxon podcast revealed his take on his opponent for UFC 299, Jack Della Maddalena. Burns commended Maddalena, saying that he is a very tough fighter. He also claimed to know what he was getting himself into, mainly because of Maddalena’s crazy feats in the UFC.
Gilbert Burns compared Jack Della Maddalena to fellow Brazilian Paulo Costa in terms of fighting style, as he stated, “He comes forward kind of like Costa”. Dorinho confessed that he needed to be at 100% because if he wasn’t, he believed that “s*** might get crazy.”
